When you place an order, create an account, or contact us, we collect:

• Name, email address, and mobile phone number
• Delivery and billing address
• Order details, including any artwork or images you upload for custom apparel
• Payment information, processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe) — we never see or store your full card number

Text message (SMS) communications

If you provide your mobile number at checkout for a flower delivery order, you agree to receive transactional text messages from AEZ Press & Floral about that order — for example, when it's ready for pickup, out for delivery, or delivered. We do not send marketing texts, and we do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

• Message frequency varies by order — typically 1 to 3 messages per order.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or START to opt back in.

How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Process and fulfill your orders, including routing flower orders to the fulfilling local florist
• Send order and delivery status updates by email and, if provided, SMS
• Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
• Verify delivery addresses and confirm eligibility for local flower delivery
• Improve our products and services

Service providers we use

We share information with the following third parties only as needed to run our service — never for their own marketing purposes:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Twilio — delivery status text messages
• Resend — order confirmation and account emails
• Printful — production and shipping of custom-printed apparel
• Google — address verification/autocomplete and account sign-in, if you choose to use it

Your choices

You can review or update your account information at any time from your account page. You may opt out of SMS updates at any time by replying STOP, and you may ask us to delete your account by contacting us at sales@pressnfloral.com.
