Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of pressnfloral.com and any purchase you make from AEZ Press & Floral LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include applicable tax and delivery fees, which are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of order.

Flower delivery area

Local flower delivery is currently available only within Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and Nassau County, NY. All other product types ship anywhere in the continental United States. We verify delivery addresses before confirming an order and will let you know if an address falls outside our flower delivery area.

Custom apparel and design uploads

For custom-printed products, you are responsible for the content you upload and confirm that you own or have the right to use it. Custom items are produced to order and are generally final sale once production has started.

Cancellations, changes, and refunds

Because flowers are perishable and many orders are prepared same-day, cancellation or changes may not be possible once an order has entered fulfillment. Contact us as soon as possible if there's an issue with your order — we want to make it right.

Text message (SMS) program

If you provide your mobile number for a flower delivery order, you consent to receive transactional text messages about that order's status. Message frequency varies by order (typically 1 to 3 messages). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, START to opt back in, or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how we handle this information.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
